Great butches, I now buy all my families meat from here. The butcher always helps me choice the best cuts for our needs.

They have always been mediocre butchers and tarting up the shop and stocking dry cured beef doesn't alter the fact that much of the meat is run of the mill stuff and often badly butchered. I'm moved to write after picking the slivers of bone out of the toughest and worst cut lamb fillet I have ever eaten. I could go on with other examples, but that would be tedious.
