Was taken here by my Brother-in-law for my wife's birthday not our first visit here . Place was clean and fairly busy. Bar and waiting staff were all pleasant and eager to help. Food was good, all plates were empty and I heard no complaints! Why only the 4* ! It keeps them on their toes.
I've been here numerous times and always have the carvery. Delicious, best I've ever had. Lean tender meat gorgeous veg and trimmings. Love this pub nice friendly staff
Ordered a table wait was an atleast an hour give the waiter our name returend 45 mind later from wacky wacky he took out name of the list waited another 30 mins. Food was lovely BUT the veg tasted soapy which was a first time cause we been coming here for 2 yrs now.
This is a good soft play and cafe. The staff work hard to make the experience fun for the children. The place itself is on the small side and can reach capacity very quickly which is the only downside. The play area is clean and generally well maintained as are the loos and seated area. I only had a cup of tea and a danish but the food looks ok too.

Brilliant in the week but it's like a wild animal exhibit at the zoo on the weekend . Weekdays okay for young children but weekends stay clear. Staff are nice and friendly , coffee and cake is OK not great can be bit dry.
Was a busy weekend so surprised they could fit us in so quickly, but in the proviso we only had the table for hour and half. Not a problem, ordered drinks and carvery fairly quickly and joined the line. Everything looked cooked very well and veg was looking fresh. Loaded my plate with meat and veg, sat down, ate the lot. Really tasty and definitely go again.
Fantastic play area for the kiddies to play in came here for a birthday party they had a blast
Carvery was lovely as always. Not too busy considering it was Saturday night.
Love this place for my 2 year old granddaughter. It's a Iovely, safe and decent size wacky warehouse with super friendly staff who are always on hand to help out. The breakfast in the morning is lovely and hot. Only good things to say about this place!
