Not to mention our huge, hand-decorated cakes and unrivalled baked puddings. This was our first visit and we will definitely return. Staff were welcoming and pleasant. The food was freshly cooked and a very reasonable price. Not to mention the amazing cakes and ice cream. What more can I say we were pleasantly surprised. Well done! See you again and soon Parking: Plenty of parking spaces
Love this place, go often with family & friends. The breakfast and Carvery are a big hit with my lot as are those amazing cakes...all staff are lovely but big shout out to Sophie & Kerry who have served us multiple times. Always welcoming will have a giggle with you and nothing is too much trouble.
Carvery was delicious and the desert gosh. I day think I would get a brownie as big as I did but it was definitely worth the £5 could do with more ice cream
Today was a first visit to berry brook farm. Very easy to get to from the m54 as we came up from Malvern. Nice large car park, venue itself was very clean with a nice atmosphere. Staff were all friendly, helpful and courteous. 3 adults in our party for drinks and carvery. The carvery was superb, couldn't fault it. We left room for desert and again choice was good, service excellent. I can highly recommend berry brook farm. We will definitely visit again when up this way again. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options were extremely good, the veg at the carvery were cooked to perfection with a great choice. Parking: Good size car park with plenty of spaces available
Last time i was here was December 2022 shocking service we waited over a hour for the food to arrived and my parents at this point had already eaten there food. they had a carvery which wasn't very nice at all pigs in blankets burnt meat was dry same as some of the potatoes and vegetables and they had no gravy so asked for some and waited a while for it to arrive making the food a bit cool. When the food finally arrived it was fine but i had to sent some of it back due to being under cooked and then they they arrived back so had to make a complaint which they took them off the bill and had a slice of cake free from them when was very nice a all to eat. We have eaten here a few times and its not the 1st time this has happened. Management wasn't helpful at all the waitress was doing her best to get the food out to us but to no avail.
We had to queue for our carvery for over half an hour we had a table for 5 adults 2 of which ordered from your menu by the time the 3 of us sat down with our carvery the other two had finished their meals.. We were very surprised to see how much dust was on top of the servery. However the food was lovely
Good location, friendly welcoming staff. Friend and I went for breakfast, first time using this venue. Buffet style food freshly put out, not dried up as some places are. Good selection and piping hot. Will be making this our 'go to' place from now on for our 'catch-up meetings'.
We ordered the fish supper, my partner had this in the restaurant, so i thought it would be nice to have at home. We ordered 1 with curry sauce and 1 with gravy. Considering they do all day carvery i was rather disappointed that we did not receive the gravy. Don't think we'll be ordering something to be delivered again!!!
Great food and drinks. The bloke on the bar was extremely friendly chatted to everyone he spoke to with a smile forgot his name. Tracey came over to introduce herself and speak to my mom as they knew each before my mom was taken ill. Got there at 12pm it was busy but everyone seemed happy
Consistently great food and lovely staff. I’ve been coming in this pub for a carvery since day 1 and it’s always been good. After about a year of not making it over for food I have recently started going in again. What a fantastic place to grab a fast, tasty, home cooked meal. The food was perfectly cooked, well seasoned, full of flavour. Then the staff… bloody lovely. Great to see Chell and the team doing a fab job of being great hosts. But tonight has prompted a review….Terry on the carvery was so enthusiastic about the food and so knowledgeable it was like a breath of fresh air. Then on top of that he gave credit to the chef Tarin I hope that’s right. Do give that lad employee of the month he absolutely earned it tonight! Parking: Loads of parking
