Despite being fussy, I really can't fault these guys. Excellent service during and since the purchase of my SF from them. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff in all departments.  If your looking to buy a Ducati, service one or buy parts/accessories then look no further.

I recently enquired with Ducati Alton's service department regarding an issue I'm having with my 1199. I spoke with Tom, who was an absolute breath of fresh air to deal with. He went out of his way to help diagnose what my issue might be. After dealing with multiple service departments and coming from the motor trade myself he stood out from the rest. He is an asset to your company. Thanks again Tom your advice is greatly appreciated

Store was clean if not a little small and the bike selection was clean and tidy. Came in with interest in Panigales, however the sales staff were about as exciting as a pile of ironing. Might as well walk in waving money around, perhaps they might pick up that I’m interested in buying a bike, rather than just staring at their computer screens like a bunch of teenagers. Shall be going elsewhere with the same enthusiasm for a second machine.

Ducati Alton are an absolutely first-rate business, they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble, their communications are excellent and customer service is always perfect. Special praise to David Simpson in Sales and to Simon Manser in Service. Top-quality Ducati dealer!

Just bought a multistrada from Bryan at Ducati Alton. Really good experience all round. Very knowledgable and helpful, they clearly love their product and business, a pleasure to deal with. And loving the bike!

Superb service from the guys at WM Snell. They did a great job sorting some electrical upgrades I needed, an MOT and sorting out some sub-standard jobs I'd done on my Multistrada. All whilst I waited, chatted and drunk their coffee. Very happy.
