Honestly, I can tell this is a well-run garage with good customer service from the way I was dealt with by the man over the phone. However, it is extremely infuriating when you get Pipped to a car you have been searching for for months by a dealer who then shamelessly adds £3,000 to the price the same day. The original seller of the vehicle I wanted sold to LMC via autotrader as they had called him just before I did. I get it, it's a business, but its just takes the biscuit that they quoted me that price even though they knew I was on the verge of buying it myself off the original owner just hours before. Not giving a low review, as they realistically haven't done anything wrong, but nonetheless, I am very agitated by this and am finding it impossible to buy a reasonably priced car on my limited budget
Sadly living up to what you expect from a car salesman, had an issue with the car I brought an hour after purchase and no one would get back to me as soon as the money had been passed over after emails and many calls to them, just kept getting fobed off. Very bad service. Spend your money with a garage that deserves it, and not only care about you when when there getting Commission. Instead of trying to solve the problem and help when I finally got a callback after 5 days 3 emails and 6 phone calls all I was offered was warranty when the car was bought with a fault in the first place and issue was brought up on the day of purchase. I ended up having to pay £264 to fix the car. Thanks LCM Absolutely disgusting service.
Bought a car only to find out once I started driving it there were lots of issues including things that were dangerous that should have failed the MOT that they had put the car through. Then found out by paying for a private inspection that it had been in an unreported accident that had been cleverly covered up aesthetically but without resolving mechanical issues it caused. Put myself and my children in danger. Not impressed. Got my money back but only received an apology when I complained I hadn't had one!
Fabulous service, from start to finish. I liked the fact that "Lilly" the sales person was friendly, but professional, and unlike other car dealers there was no pushiness, and let me make my own mind up about the car I was hoping to purchase. I decided to purchase the car and my Wife and I were made to feel very welcome by the whole Team. They even arranged to have the car delivered to save me driving nearly 50 miles to pick it up. Follow up phone calls to check everything was ok. Had just a minor issue, where the battery needed changing, and I was offered options of driving up there, they would collect it and give me a courtesy car, or have the battery delivered to my home address in order for a mechanic to fit it. I chose the option of driving up there. Within an hour the battery was replaced. I would have no hesitation in recommending LMC, it was worth the drive there to find the car I really wanted. Lilly is an absolute asset and the rest of the Team were helpful, friendly and professional too. Thank you.
Always takes linger than stated, be aware if you take a citreon to LMC you will pay extra as its classed as having a "specialist" working on your car which will cost an extra £10ph in labour costs

Brilliant experience with this company. George was very polite and straightforward with a fair offer on the phone after asking a couple questions and the two drivers, Graham and Chris, who arrived to check the car over and collect were super friendly and polite and made the whole process very straightforward and stress-free. Would definitely deal with them again if selling a car . Highly recommended.
Car service and MOT, all done professionally. Staff friendly and helpful.
Lily and kieran were absolutely brilliant they were both really helpful and explained everything. Lily was so patient with me and calmed me down when we went for a test drive. I really am happy with my new car I love it thank you so much. I will be back if and when I need to upgrade my car.
