Went for renualt megane spares. Which was not a stocked item. They just took my order and provided me within 2 days for collection.
Great local specialists in parts at affordable prices , unlike the place on my doorstep
Even though I was the only customer there, no one seemed interested in helping. Turned up to find there wasn't anyone on the counter, so I pressed the bell as directed by the sign. I then waited but no one came. I pressed the bell again and waited....and waited....and waited...but still no one came. It may not be the job of the delivery drivers or warehouse staff to serve customers, but surely if they see someone waiting they can at least acknowledge them and let them know if someone is coming to help. Having waited a not insignificant amount of time, I got back in my car and went elsewhere. Certainly won't be wasting my time here again.
Brilliant service with parts as described at very competitive price. Ordered Friday pm, with me Saturday - they were small enough for 1st class mail but even so they worked hard to get them out the door!

Orders by phone only at the mo, so I called from outside the shop. The minutes later I left with a new car battery. Excellent!
