If I could rate more than 5 stars I would! From start to finish Jeremy was extremely helpful in getting me my car. W Jones and & Sons had my car delivered right to my front door free of charge 6 and a half hours away all the way up in the North East! John who delivered the car was fantastic. I couldn’t recommend them enough for anyone looking at purchasing a car.
The customer service was great from start to finish. My emails were responded to promptly, the purchase process explained clearly, information about the car I was interested in was provided, the condition of the car was described accurately including what to expect on my visit. Jeremy made the process so easy! I would be delighted to buy a car from this company again. Thanks for the great customer service.
I recently purchased a new car from W Jones, Holly and Jeremy were fantastic through the whole process. Every step of the process was kept easy, even when I had a last minute change of heart on the car I was going for another car I liked came in, this wasn't an issue. The car was prepped and cleaned so well and was immaculate when I came to collect it!! The finance process as well was very straight forward. I would and already have recommended Jones to others. This is the first car for me but they have sorted most of my family out with cars. I will use Jones now going forward for all my car needs both in buying cars and servicing. Fantastic service! Hollie and Jeremy couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. They made me feel at ease and there was no pressure at all unlike other dealers I’ve experienced. I am very happy with my new car and would recommend them.
Had my car booked in for an MOT. Very easy to park outside, leave keys and do just under an hour's shopping when they called to say it was ready. Bargain price for an MOT and it passed so I am very pleased. Will definitely use W Jones again in the future. Thanks guys.
I recently had a great experience buying a second hand car from W Jones. Jeremy was friendly, answered all my questions and the process was smooth. I’m really happy with my car and would highly recommend the garage.
Booked online for MOT at discounted price of £35. Received a call back to confirm time. Very friendly staff who also told me where I could get a coffee in Bognor. Arrived back at scheduled completion time of MOT and my car was ready to drive away. Will definitely use again. Thank you
Absolutely fantastic customer service. I've never been to a car dealer that has been such a pleasant experience as here. Jeremy and Hollie were very friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommend.
We had the misfortune of this garage incorrectly fitting a catalytic convertor to our Ford Focus. On collecting the car it sounded terrible so I drove it back immediately and was told the noise would settle once soot built up in the exhaust ??? Still unhappy I returned it and the garage admitted it had been badly fitted and the mechanic dismissed. However it then took them some time before they could book it in to attempt resolving the issue. Eventually they supposedly refitted the convertor . However second time around it was still a botch job and sounded just as bad after a couple of days. We paid almost a thousand pounds to an incompetent garage with poor customer service. Having lost confidence I was not going to return for a third attempt to fix the same problem. Luckily I found a reputable garage who explained not only was it still incorrectly fitted but a poorly manufactured exhaust system and have now rectified things. I recommend you avoid this unprofessional garage who failed to give adequate explanation of their pricing or honour their customer after admitting faulty workmanship. Extremely disappointed customer.
The whole team at W. Jones & Sons were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, the whole process efficient, professional and friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you all, it is really appreciated. Daniel Hawthorne
