The staff at WG Rathbone were caring, patient and kind in all our dealings with them to arrange the funeral of my sister, Lorraine. From first contact through to the beautful service at Canley Crematorium, Coventry our arrangements were efficiently carried out to the letter. Flowers and the Order of Service were beautiful. Special thanks to Sara, Craig and the team in Warwick. Our beloved Lorraine felt in safe hands, as were we.

WG Rathbone directed the funeral of my Mother. I would like to thank all for their sensitive, caring, professional and highly efficient service. The death of a loved one can be a difficult time, highly emotionally charged with a lot to organise and think about. It was such a relief to know that Rathbones were there to guide me and do so much of the organisation, I felt in safe hands. Special thanks to Tracy for all help and support from beginning to end of this process. Even now, weeks later I feel so emotional thinking about our first meeting after the death. A friendly face at that difficult time, Tracy was so reassuring and kind, it filled me with confidence that all arrangements would go well. Thankyou to Glyn Shipton for leading this celebration of my mothers life at Oakley woods Crematorium. Glyn was so kind, with a warm personality and experience that shone through. More than just leading the service Glyn visited our home and spent time getting to know what was important to my mother in order to make the service personal to her life. All aspects of the service were well organised and delivered. Thanks to Junior for leading the procession. Junior had the perfect manner for the occasion, a real credit to his profession and to Rathbones. Dignified, efficient yet friendly. Thanks to all at Rathbones who worked in the background to ensure that all was delivered to such a high standard, unseen but much appreciated.
