Beautiful funeral service for my sister Julie nothing was to much for Sara and craig the funeral directors .the most caring and compassionate people who treated my sisters day and every detail of the funeral like it would of been for there own family . They made the most devastating time that little bit easier and we have found comfort now knowing she had the most beautiful send of we will forever be grateful with thanks to them from robert and family

The care and compassion we received from W G Rathbone was outstanding. Everyone was so kind and respectful to my family and my later Father on the run up to the funeral and on the day. With special thanks to Junior and colleagues for looking after us all on the day of the funeral and the respect you showed my late Father and my elderly Mother.

Rathbones gave us excellent service throughout, from the collection of my wife's body on the night she died, to the time spent arranging the funeral, and through to the funeral itself. They were extremely professional, and showed great care, concern and the utmost respect. Never rushing us, and always alert to our wishes. They "went the extra mile" in terms of the service they gave. I can wholeheartedly recommend them to others.

W G Rathbones funeral directors were so helpful and caring assisting me to arrange my husbands funeral following his unexpected passing. Christine took me under her wing and guided me through the funeral process. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was easily contactable through email and on the phone. The service itself was beautiful and so deserving of my lovely husband. I would highly recommend Rathbones. They provide a very personal compassionate service.

Great service in every respect funeral related except one, communication. If you phone them you can be on the phone for ever waiting to speak to someone, this should be the simplest of things to fix but sadly ruins what is otherwise a good service, shame.

My first experience of having to arrange a funeral was made very easy by WG Rathbone. My StepFather's sudden death and out-of-hours time made things more complicated, especially in the Covid climate but right from the first contact everything was made clear and the team was thoroughly helpful. Regular updates and advice made this sad time far easier to organise. Thank you.

Unfortunately, communication is poor as the Phone System does not work, long waiting times and a-lot of time on hold, when you think you have gotten through, the call ends and you have to ring back.
