What a shockingly poor service. Drove from all the way from Derbyshire to Warwickshire to visit the deceased in the chapel of rest. This was for a booked appointment yet when we arrived, we were told they were not ready and wouldn’t be for two hours. They clearly don’t care about the relatives and how stressful it is to contemplate visiting someone. This was on top of being told the funeral plan had not been paid for when it had. It’s lucky we knew about the silver plan already purchased and had documents to prove it or they would have charged us all over again. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Staff at branch amazing Sharon was the girl at the funeral she was compassionate so I would give them 5 stars Sadly the service was poor, a blonde lady I would say who she was but sadly I couldn’t catch her name, it was Jan or Jane Whiny, stuttering, lacking compassion, everything seemed like a rush, I felt she had to be somewhere else and didn’t hang around after I’m no expert but it says 1 hour slots so surly doing a service in 22 mins is not really doing the deceased any justice, 78 years of life rounded off in less than 22 mins including 3 songs To finish on a positive, I visited the chapel like a previous poster and have to say the staff at the branch showed so much empathy you would swear they were looking after a member of their own family

Wouldn't use for direct cremation - I was misinformed and they lacked knowledge of the procedure. Their partner company in South leicestershire equally poor in returning my mother's ashes. Extremely upsetting experience.

We used John Taylor Funeralcare for our Dads funeral. What a great team. Ellaura is amazing, and ensured everything ran like a well oiled machine. She is a beautiful, kind lady, with a big warm heart. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The world needs more gems like Ellaura. Thanks so much!

awful order of service typed mistakes. And other mistakes. funerals cost a lot of money. you would expect the job to be done corectetley.

Excellent organisation and communication at a very difficult time, particularly with the present Covid-19 epidemic.

Awful experience with this company. They ruined my mothers funeral! Do not recommend!!
