Poor, we sat in row F screen 1 and from the start of the film had a bright light shining down on us like a full moon. Having brought this to the attention of staff who said they would pass it on to the Manager. I asked to speak to the Manager after the film to be told it was lighting in case of an emergency evacuation. It was very off putting whilst watching the film. Managers reaction was to contact customer service, I can give you the number. Disgusting customer service

Having just one person selling tickets and food is ridiculous. Had to stand in the queue for fifteen minutes to buy tickets at 6PM on 21.2.18. Booking online would be an option if it wasn't for the booking fee added to the already expensive ticket price.

Staff are friendly and efficient and there is a good choice of programme. However, take ear plugs with you.- the Dolby Surround is deafening. Beware too if you have long legs - it's a bit like sitting on a Ryanair flight.

Good cinema with regards to size, plenty of roof for my legs as I am tall. Staff friendly and welcoming. Prices are higher than most but you get what you pay for and most of the time I come there the floor is clean and the place is well presented
