I visited the cafe and wasn't disappointed as the coffee was very good. The cafe is over 2 floors with an outside terrace. Great to sit out on a great day. Great views of the pier and the sea. I will be back.

My husband was born in beautiful Teignmouth, and I lived here for 54 glorious married years....we love the Pavilion Cafe with fabulous views  and very friendly staff, especially when we can sit outside on the awesome terrace in warm sunshine.

Great place for food, coffee and views, especially on the second floor, a bit expensive, hence not five stars, but nice and popular with good atmosphere and theatre and arts and movies too 👍 😁
