A wonderful independent cinema with a wide range of genres, easy to book online and parking nearby.

It's a gorgeous cinema and because of it's location and quality surroundings the clientele seem to be just that little bit more respectful of those around them. I've yet to see a mobile phone screen lit up during the performance or loud food being consumed ! Yes it's more expensive than a vue cinema but then shouldn't watching a movie be a fulfilling experience and not a ' hey man can you keep the noise down deal '  ?

Excellent customer service and showing us to our seats in the wheelchair gallery - the carer chair was not as comfortable as the regular seats, but bearable.

A very special place to see a film. In a former barn at Dartington Hall. Small, but with very good sound.

This was our first visit to the Barn Cinema. We were pleasantly surprised on many levels. It's been done up really well. It's not just a cinema screen, but a stage as well. It's got suitable lighting and sound. The greatest surprise was, despite the internal height, it was cosy and warm. There is also a cafe still open before the start, and drinks are allowed in. All in all we had a great experience there, and would happily come back for another movie.

I love this cinema. Beautiful building and very reasonable prices. Lovely comfy seats and so clean.
