The sound system is no good, no bass it sounds like a person covering there mouth when talking. We watched despicable Me4, movie was good but they do not cover the whole screen and you have to pay per seat.
Not a bad cinema to visit but definitely not the greatest.nThe queues for food is unreasonable, they don’t pop their own popcorn, it comes pre bagged so don’t understand how it takes them forever to serve popcorn. They don’t use their judgement or initiative, they’ll see a line of customers going from the main tills towards the ice cream stands and will still only leave two colleagues on tills whilst the other staff stand behind tills having conversations. Like if you just want to have a social gathering and not work then don’t bother applying for jobs or clocking in for shifts as you’ve clearly put your uniforms on and not realised you’re at work.nnThe cinema screens are dirty, we walked into a screen whilst the trailers were playing & the screen 15 hadn’t even been cleaned which is shocking as it’s one of the smallest screens so really wouldn’t take that long to sweep and clean the seats. Before the film starts, you have a message on the screen asking people to help do their but to recycle by leaving your rubbish by your seats, and then you don’t even come in and clean the screens. Fine fair enough, the rubbish was taken either by staff or customers but a quick sweep & polish wouldn’t hurt.
I have been coming here for years, the screens are great and the sound quality is solid. Depending on what film your watching the brightness can be dim at times, the normal seats are okay, but the VIP seats are much better and comfortable. The customer service is good as well. The one thing I’d change is the pricing on the food selection.
The cinema is really good. One of the best sound systems I had experienced in London and the seats are very in an inclined position that allows you to watch without heads in your front. The services food like popcorn and soft drinks is really good too, good price for a nice and huge portion. Toilets not very clean, and needs better maintenance. I definitely would recommend this cinema.
the seating environment in the movie theatre was absolutely filthy. The room clearly hadn’t been cleaned, and there was gum on the chair that ended up all over my clothes. This is totally unacceptable! The staff should ensure that the theatre is cleaned thoroughly between showings. It's disappointing that basic cleanliness standards aren't being maintained.nTo make matters worse, the staff were completely unfair. They insisted on seeing our IDs to prove our age before letting us watch the movie, yet somehow allowed others who were just as young as us to enter without the same check. This kind of inconsistent treatment is really frustrating and unacceptable.
