The sound system is no good, no bass it sounds like a person covering there mouth when talking. We watched despicable Me4, movie was good but they do not cover the whole screen and you have to pay per seat.
Had a great experience at Vue Cinema London - westfield Stratford. We went to watch a newly released film. It was amazing. Sound system was bit different. It was very loud than usual. Otherwise it was cool watching a film on Vue.
Screen 18nMovie DaveednDate 16 Feb 10:30pmnDisappointing Sound Issues & Poor Staff Response at VuennWe recently watched a movie at Vue and had a very frustrating experience. The first half of the film had perfect sound, but in the second half, the audio quality dropped drastically—we could barely hear the dialogues.nnI went downstairs during the movie to report the issue since there were no staff members on our floor. The staff assured me they would fix it, so I returned to my seat expecting a resolution, but nothing changed. Later, another staff member briefly entered the screening room, and when I ran after him to explain the issue again, he said he would call the manager—but once again, nothing was done.nnWe spoke to the staff multiple times during the movie and then to the manager at the end. The manager told us that if we had complained during the movie, we could have received a refund. But we did complain multiple times, and the staff only kept saying they would sort it out without mentioning any refund. Had we known, we would have taken the refund and left instead of sitting through a poor experience.nnThis was the worst experience we’ve had at Vue. Not only did we miss out on enjoying the movie, but the lack of accountability from the staff made it even more frustrating. We are expecting a refund for this disappointing experience.
I have been coming here for years, the screens are great and the sound quality is solid. Depending on what film your watching the brightness can be dim at times, the normal seats are okay, but the VIP seats are much better and comfortable. The customer service is good as well. The one thing I’d change is the pricing on the food selection.
My mate and I went to that cinema to see Sonic the Hedgehog 3 yesterday and I have to say the cinema is amazing. The screen room was a decent size. The screen was huge and the sound quality was absolutely fantastic. The prices for Tickets are actually not that bad aswell. The staff are friendly too. I will definitely come back to the cinema again.
