Vue Cinema Fulham is a convenient and affordable option, especially with its great location right by Fulham Broadway station. The screens are a good size with clear visuals and solid sound quality, making films enjoyable. Seats are comfortable enough for longer movies, though some areas could benefit from better maintenance and cleaning. Staff are generally friendly and efficient, even during busy times. While food and drink prices are on the expensive side, ticket deals often make it good value overall. A reliable local cinema that does the job well, even if it’s not the most luxurious experience.
My visit to Vue Cinema in Fulham was unfortunately disappointing, especially considering I paid for a VIP seat with a food and drink package.n1. I reserved an aisle seat but was given a seat in the middle of the row instead. A staff member told me I could sit anywhere as the screening wasn’t busy. This turned out to be completely inaccurate, late arrivals came in and asked for their assigned seats, and the middle section was fully occupied. This created unnecessary confusion and shows a lack of awareness or communication from staff.n2. They didn’t have Pepsi available, which was also disappointing.n3. I ordered salted popcorn but received a mix of salted and sweet caramel. On top of that, some of it was extremely salty, at times it felt like putting a lump of salt in my mouth.n4. The toilets were in a very poor condition, there was a strong smell of urine, which significantly affected the overall experience.n5. I understand that cinema audiences can be diverse, but a basic level of etiquette should still be maintained, especially in a VIP area. It was unacceptable that some people took their shoes off and put their feet on the armrests of the seats in front, where other guests are meant to rest their arms.nOverall, the experience was well below expectations for a VIP booking. I’ve rated it 2 out of 5, although I’m honestly still questioning whether that might be too generous.
I recently visited the Vue Cinema on Fulham Broadway for the first time to watch “The Devil Wears Prada 2 ” I’ve been to other Vue cinemas in London, so I expected a similar experience, but unfortunately, this visit fell short.nnTo start on a positive note, the staff at the front—those serving popcorn and sweets—were fantastic. They greeted me with warm smiles, and their friendliness was really welcoming. However, that was where the positives ended.nnWhen I got to the pick-and-mix sweets, I was horrified to see actual flies inside the bins—yes, flies in the sweets. There were so many, and it was really off-putting, especially for a place where you’d expect good hygiene. Then, when I went to the staff member who directed us to the screens, he sent me to Screen 5 after I showed him my QR code.nnAs soon as I walked in, the smell was absolutely unbearable. The whole cinema had this overpowering, disgusting smell—like a mixture of sewage and sweat. And it was a hot day—over 30 degrees—with no air conditioning, so it felt suffocating. But beyond that, the seats were also disgusting—manky, really dirty. I was left itching and scratching, and now I actually have a rash. It was just unacceptable, even for a budget cinema.nnSo, I went back downstairs to report it. I explained to the same guy who checked me in that the smell in Screen 5 was really bad. He said he’d let the manager know, but when I asked when the manager would come down, he gave me an attitude—like I was bothering him. Eventually, the manager did walk in—a young guy, maybe late 20s—he had an earpiece in, but he just dismissed it. He smirked, nodded, and walked off, saying there was nothing wrong. I couldn’t believe it.nnIn the end, despite seeing my movie, the entire experience was ruined. Apart from the initial friendly staff, the hygiene, the seats, and the dismissive management were all terrible. I won’t be coming back to this Vue location.
We celebrate my daughter’s birthday in the venue yesterday morning. The staff was so helpful and nice to us . ESPECIALLY I would like to thank Connor I can’t remember the exact name He was so helpful!! . We appreciate his support! It was a great experience for all of us !
Such a good cinema. The screens are massive, the sound is impeccable and the workers are very friendly. My only issue is the pricing of the snacks-It’s £7 for a Slushy!? That’s crazy!
