This is my local Vue and I love going there with my partner to have a nice cinematic experience. I am not sure if the place is understaffed or what is happening it looked as the manager was having to work at the popcorn tills since her staff wasn't able to manage it. My last visit was appalling. Massive queues to get a popcorn, staff didn't seem to be trained or know what they were doing - it was even 'funny' as while I waited they ran out of popcorn and went inside the back kitchen to get a new bag, and they threw the bag of popcorn on the floor to loosen it as they couldn't get it out... I gave up on having my popcorn after that for sure! Besides this, the cinema was super dirty everywhere, popcorn and rubbish all over the place. Additionally, the toilets had rubbish everywhere on the floor - besides the revolting smell and no toilet paper. I understand people play a large part on this but where is the staff to maintain it? Just sad and reporting in hopes someone will do something about it.
I visited Vue recently and was really disappointed with the customer service. The staff looked completely unbothered — like it was a chore to help anyone. No friendly attitude, no offers or suggestions, not even a smile. It was especially disheartening since it was my kids’ first time at the cinema, and we were hoping to make it a special memory.nnDuring half term, with so many children coming for a fun day out, you’d expect staff to be welcoming but we got the opposite. It just felt cold and transactional, not what you expect from a family-oriented outing. A real shame, and definitely not a good look for Vue.
One of the worst crowds I’ve experienced at a cinema. Entire rows talking to each other throughout the film. And No fewer than 4 people regularly on their phones, with one girl on it quite literally half the film, even listening to voice notes in the front row. She also kept getting up and talking to her friends during the movie. Avoid

A very good cinema, great seats, great audio and Sony 4K, great location, friendly staff, very clean, and good timings for movie along with a really good pricing. Definitely big fan of Vue but this one is one of the better ones for sure, literally in the underground station at Fullham Broadway so easy to get to.
