AMAZING Cinema, my favorite in the whole world. I am a member and it's well worth every penny. The staff are really awesome, so compassionate towards my disabled brother. Great snacks and drinks too. Don't tell anyone because I love how quiet it is so let's keep it a secret :-D
Really disappointing, booked tickets and arranged to see a movie only to find out *upon arrival* that the heating was not working in screen 1 . Apparently someone was supposed to check on us after 20 minutes if we wanted a refund but no one did . Of course , it is too late by then because we have already made the trip there to see the movie . Regardless , they should absolutely not be selling tickets without explicitly informing people *beforehand* that there will be no heating in the room - this should be absolutely clear on the website . We would have happily went somewhere else . People plan their days around the cinema and travel there to meet etc. and it is utterly disrespectful to not inform them before they make the trip . For £18 a ticket you would expect a lot better and it ruined a perfectly good movie and afternoon out . Completely unnecessary and won’t be going back again .
This Cinema is a lovely place. It stands out with its spacious layout, cozy seating area, and a bar upstairs. The lighting is great, and the popcorn is really nice. It’s quite a classic experience!
Unusual local indie cinema that's within walking distance of my daughter's place. I was taken there as a mothers day treat and l have to say l was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely give it the autistic seal of approval because it not only has 5 small screens it has two floors of lounge / seating areas with a full range of hot /cold drinks and snacks. You can choose to sit high or low, be in a corner or right by the bar or ice cream stand if you want an easy chance to get second helpings.nnYou can see all the films you'd see anywhere else just not as many showings. We watched Wicked little letters in a screen with just 36 seats. I haven't deducted 1 star for the ads/ trailers being too loud. Can anyone make these adjustments. I'd give them a big hug if they could. The seats lush back a little to give people with longer legs a bit more space or ease an aching spine after a long day in an office chair. You can book sofa chairs/ lounge beds at the back of some screens. I think that would confuse me. I go to the cinema for that special feeling of sitting in the captain's chair of starship enterprise not to feel like lm on my sofa at home.nnPrices are more expensive than the chain franchises but if you live in West London and you want a more bespoke cinema experience you might consider the £100 a year basic membership. If you go once a fortnight or more you'll be in profit and it's an incentive to get value for money. How many times have you had to persuade other people to go to a movie because you can't get it together to attend solo. A membership means you can be thoroughly self indulgent. Oh and l nearly forgot they support the CEA cards so your free ticket for a carer or companion will be honoured when you book in person or on line.
Super cute cinema. The tickets were prettynPricey but you are definitely paying extra for a smaller/better movie experience. I was obsessed with the interior and had a really nice time watching inside out 2
