Really enjoyed coming here, the programming at Picturehouses are probably the best out of the UK cinema chains. Also the interior design here is incredible and it really feels like somewhere you can relax and enjoy yourself. Can be a bit expensive compared to other cinemas but the seats are ridiculously comfortable and you’re almost guaranteed to have a much better experience than cheaper cinemas.
I’ve been to a lot of cinemas, but this one stands out thanks to the incredible service, especially from George! From the second I walked in, his warm smile and friendly vibe completely made my night. The theater itself is spotless, the screens are huge with amazing sound, and the seats are super comfy. But let’s be real… I’d come back every week just to see George’s charming face again.nnIf you want great movies + excellent service + bonus butterflies, this is the place! George, you’re a star. Can’t wait for my next visit
The attendant at the ticket counter was helpful. The ticket prices were on the higher side, but the screen quality was good, the seats were comfortable, and the venue appeared clean. The volume of the speakers was appropriate. Overall, I am satisfied.
Usually a great experience and one of my fav cinemas in North London. However a couple of weeks ago during my last visit I saw a mouse crawling down the wall near me in the middle of the film. The staff member I spoke to was not surprised and said this was an issue they've frequently had.nnComplained online, was given free tickets in acknowledgement and was assured that they will be contacting pest control. However for the price the tickets are this was a disappointing experience.
I don't normally write reviews, but as I had such a great experience I thought I should! We watched a terrific classic in Stand By Me, but had even more terrific customer service from the lovely usher George who took us directly to the screen after we got slightly lost. Will definitely be back soon!
