What a waste of my time. I spoke to a sales representative regarding purchasing a new XC60 and I was told they had a cancelled order which I could have immediately. I expressed my desire to act quickly however it's been almost 2 weeks since I've heard back from them. I chased a few times but was told they have been very busy. I have sent an email as requested, in Volvo's response to this review, last week and I've had no response. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Customer service is absolutely rubbish. We came to see the car which we found online. We have been told that car is not here but in other branch and there is no possibility to bring it over because the car may be sold already - we know that car has been advertised online for over 4 weeks... Jeffrey offered us a test drive but in a totally different car (smaller v40 instead of s60 and trying convince me that there is no big difference between them!) During test drive he told me that the more powerfull engine is not for me. I had a feeling that he was telling me off for wanting a stronger car. He had no technical knowledge and he insisted that big and small car will perform in exactly the same way! After test drive he ''gave'' us the great opportunity to purchase the car we came asking for without possibility to see it. As he said - we are lucky because car has not been sold yet! We have refused. Then we were suddenly told that car can be bring to this branch if we are interested to buy it. What a bollocks! This is absolutely ridiculous and no respect for a customer. Salesman was absolutely not interested in our needs, state of knowledge and tried to push sale very aggresively. We will never come back again!!!

Had an appointment booked, they left me 30mins without even checking on me or explaining they where delayed, no customer service how do you expect to sell cars like that!! So after 30mins of being ignored I left, didn't even get a phone call to say sorry and explain the situation! Not professional and definitely gone down hill, I would totally avoid as they seem to not need customers.

Bought my Volvo back at the end of December and experienced great friendly service from Marek. He even took the time to go through all the finer details like using my satnav. Abosolutly love Volvo. Thanks so much.
