Major repair is noticeable and not how it was before damage occured. Also terrible air noise coming through drivers side door, pennings have had car back several times to rectify this but still there's air noise. Trying to sell the car but value has dropped since this repair and so I've lost out big time all from some idiot on a moped smashing into my car trying to overtake me from behind while I was turning right, so in no way my fault, yet poor repair has left me more than just the insurance excess out of pocket and having trouble selling car!! It may as well be a cat D write off the low offers I'm getting if lucky. Wish it had been a write off!! I will take to my regular garage for repairs in future.

Excellent repair job, as good as the factory finish. Good customer service, kept me updated on what was happening. My only criticism would be the wait for a courtesy car as there is obviously a high demand for these. Overall a very high standard of repair.

If you have a top end car, take to your main dealer for repairs!

Avoid sending your car here!! Customer service is non existent. Went to go and pick my car up the work was awful the paint work rubbed down to the base coat I spotted it straight away told them to sort it. Just had it delivered found more damage on panel that should have been repaired and paintwork is amateur. I could have done a better job myself with a spray can.

Worst service - not recommended at all. I had to contact them atleast 5 times for an estimate and then their assessor calls me with a high level quote at more than 3 times the price quoted by others including dealer! Absolutely pathetic.
