Just traded in an ix35 we had on pcp for a Tucson which we are buying. We made the deal with Rob and Alan helped us when we picked the car up last week. They were both really friendly and helpful and we consider we got a great deal. Will definitely return when it's time to get a new Hyundai.

bought a brand new car four months ago and today, my car plate number has fallen off somewhere form the back. Really!!!! when checked, it's was held by glue sticker. why on earth would you want to do it. ? you know on the hot days, it falls off. it's not rocket science. Plus it's freaking brand new car I bought it from you . the front plate is screwed and is secured. why only do one ? . every other on the road, all cars have their car plate screwed . So why the heck you idiots didn't screw it. ? print the photo and stick on your ass you idiots

We’ve used Watford before, so went back to swap the ix35 for the Tucson, Paige was very knowledgeable and thorough and made sure everything went smoothly, highly recommended.

Had a car that was due a swap via pcp in a few months and did a bit of window shopping via carwow to see what I could be offered. I was then given a good offer and was allocated Rob who was very polite and professional from the get go. Got to test drive a Tucson and after having done that spoke numbers. Rob went out of his way to ensure the best deal possible was made for me and went forward with my purchase. A bit of a delay due to the car being overseas however I was kept up to date at all times and when collecting the car had a thorough view with Rob to ensure I knew the cars functions. Highly recommend buying a car from here as could not fault them

I have bought 2 used i30 cars from this dealership in the past few years with the latest purchase being only a fortnight ago. Both times I was allocated Rob who was so helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my purchases. I would happily recommend their sales department to others.
