Needed a replacement car for my daughter in an emergency.  Very obliging staff.  Pre delivery check on car rectified all defects and my daughter is thrilled with the car and after service received.  Based on our experience deserves 5 stars. Excellent service considering budget vehicle

I was in need of an emergency MOT, which Phipps Autos were able to do within a couple minutes of me calling. I was astounded they did this, considering it was only 45 minutes away from when they closed! Very nice staff and a good facility, and of course excellent customer service.

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star... carried out an MOT on a family members car and failed it on 3 counts. Took the car to another garage who laughed and said the car was absolutely fine and that every aspect it had failed on was more than fine. The owner is taking people for a ride and shouldn't be trusted.

I have been using Phipps Autos for buying and repairing my cars for the last 30 years and have always found them to be really helpful.  Be careful as their competitor's put adverse comments on, so go along and judge for yourself.
