Called today to ask about some service history on my 10 year old S80 which I purchased from a friend a year ago, The car had been purchased by my Friend from Marshall and serviced by them from new , Jason phoned me back with in 15 minutes, He confirmed that the cam belt had not been changed and recommend changing at 100k or ten years excellent service Thank You

Picked up my new car yesterday... Staff were friendly and extremely helpful... Few issues with internet so I was there a while but kept stocked up with coffee and conversation... Well done all and happy new year

Their part ex valuation online said 23530 with quote emailed to me. The sales rep said 20300.... exactly the same details provided...

Travelled from Nottingham to have a look at two particular cars with potential to buy that day. After looking at the cars on the outside then waiting at reception for 15 mins no one seemed interested so approached some one who informed me that it won't be long until I am seen to. Waited a further 10 mins with no one showing interest, all I wanted was the keys to have a look inside while everyone were busy, eventually gave up and drove back to Nottingham.
