Vivien intuitively guides the class, adapting to the needs of those present.  I find her instruction challenging, yet rewarding and her gentle voice reminds me to keep in touch with my breath as I work deeper into the practice.  

I have has lots of yoga teachers over the last 7 years -- Vivien is one of the best. 

I also love the convenience of the drop-in class in Henley on Wednesday nights.

Amazing teacher....she has it all....a strong and inspiring practice, brilliant, sensitive and encouraging teaching, depth of understanding of the philosophy.  

Vivien is equally at home taking you deep into a yoga nidra, teaching a restorative class or a dynamic ashtanga vintassa practice.
