I saw Emily Quinn for an initial assessment of some pelvic issues I experienced this past week. I have never had this issue before, and with my worrying tendencies, she put me at ease. The booking was smooth and timely. Online questionnaires and text reminders allowed all the paperwork to be done and reviewed beforehand, making it an easy transition. The staff were professional and friendly. I really appreciated the culture of creating a safe space. Emily was an excellent listener and communicator. She created a non-judgmental and safe atmosphere. She was knowledgeable and respected my own research and thoughts. She was collaborative and open with her treatment plan. I would definitely return here!
Can’t recommend Vitality Pelvic Physio enough! I saw Sophia for the last several months and am truly amazed by how much she helped me. I am so thankful for the care I have received from Sophia at Vitality Pelvic Physio. She is so respectful, gentle, patient and informative. Right after giving birth I remember thinking that I was so glad that I had seen a pelvic floor physiotherapist, as Sophia taught me how to breathe and push for labour which contributed to making my natural birth manageable with minimal tearing. Her care helped mitigate the stress on my pelvic floor during pregnancy and after delivery. I highly recommend Vitality and I am so glad I was referred here by friends during my pregnancy. Everyone in the office is so nice and welcoming.
I went for prenatal and postpartum care. I cannot say enough good things about this place! Sophia was so great! I felt comfortable and empowered to improve my health. She helped me make attainable goals according to my lifestyle and what was feasible for me. Highly recommend. I have recommended Vitality to all of my friends!

The care I have received here, over the last 18 months, has totally changed my quality of life for the better. I was experiencing a lot of pain and discomfort before meeting with my therapist, Sophia, who has been more than amazing! Sophia was the missing piece in my recovery journey. I had been suffering for about 4 months prior to connecting with Sophia virtually at first and working with regular appointments to heal my body. I am so thankful for Sophia and the team at Vitality Pelvic Physio and would highly recommend them to anyone.
I was seen for several appointments with Sophia pre and postpardum. Sophia makes you feel very comfortable during assessment/treatments. She is very good at explaining concepts to you, and ensures you fully understand what is going on and what you can do at home to make further progress. These session prepared me well for birth, and made a huge difference in my postpardum recovery. All staff I have interacted with at Vitality have been great. I would recommend care through Vitality, and specifically through Sophia, for any pre and postpardum woman.
I learned about pelvic physio when I was pregnant, but I strongly believe EVERY woman should get assessed for their pelvic floor health and knowledge! From Kate at reception who is just lovely and so very welcoming, to my therapist Sophia who, at every instance, has been incredible from scientific knowledge and relevant research practices to her personal care and kind demeanour, I honestly couldn’t be more thankful. Do your body a favour and GO!!
