I was seen by Lauren for my pelvic pain during pregnancy. The service and treatment were amazing. Lauren has the expertise, she was really good. I was so much better in a couple of sessions. I highly recommend her.
My experience at CBR was great- I came to Arran with a running injury a couple of weeks before a half marathon and his guidance allowed me to complete the run, and subsequent sessions helped bring me back up to where I was pre-injury. Arran listened to my concerns and preferences and built a plan to get me safely training again. Thanks again!
CBR Clinics, and Bruno in particular is a fantastic Physiotherapist. He actively listened to my injuries and current training and health aspirations. We went through a training program together, and our repeat meetings have instilled the best practices. Well worth the money!
Kasia was great I would definitely recommend her services to others. She managed to help me with both my shoulder and an old hamstring injury which I thought was a lost cause already. She explained to me and helped me understand how the affected areas work and provided me with exercises to strengthen the surrounding muscles to make sure that the injury will not recur. After few visits my shoulder is noticeably stronger and my hamstring is no longer tight restoring a lot of my movement range. Again if you have any sports injury and need to see someone to get help with recovery, Kasia is definitely a great person to turn for help.
Bruno’s excellent physio and stretching skills are the reason I have been able to conquer various injuries. His support has enabled me to continue working safely in an active health professional career. Bruno’s thoughtful advice and encouragement also support my mental health. Alongside this, he is one of the loveliest people I have met. I highly recommend Bruno to everyone.

Bruno is one of kind! he simply is fantastic, the service at CBR clinics always is professional, tailor made and focused. I went to see Bruno many years ago, and when recently was seeking help with my lower back pain remembered the unique experience I had with him. Not only I wanted to see him, I also recommended him to my husband that has been suffering from shoulder pain after every swimming session. We both are extremely satisfied with Bruno and his perfectionist approach. My husband shoulder's has been improved and my lower back is in much better status our treatment hasn't finished yet. The rooms in Canary Wharf is very spacious and relaxing. I would happily recommend CBR Clinics at Canary Wharf and Bruno to anyone who needs help.
Antonios was my physio and helped me recover from a PCL reconstruction op. He worked with me weekly to rehab my knee. When I first saw him, I was limping and had to walk wearing my knee brace. After 12 weeks, I was able to confidently walk on my own and could manage skipping and jumping and running. Antonios was very patient and attentive and even helped me get back on track when I had a couple set backs with my knee. Highly recommend seeing Antonios for your physiotherapy.
I worked with one of the physios at CBR Kasia while training for a half marathon as I was having problems with my knee. She was fantastic during our sessions and the exercises and stretches she recommended really helped me with my knee as I was able to complete my half marathon without any injuries. Till now I still use a lot of the exercises she recommended which help massively with my running and football. Would highly recommend her!
