OLD TOWN JAIL IS NO LONGER A TOURIST ATTRACTION! I was hoping to see old town jail but I arrived to a notice at it's entrance that says "permanently closed". It appears to be an office now as I see people in office wear entering and exiting the building. The VisitScotland centre is full of useful information and you can ask the friendly staff on places to visit while you're there. They'll be glad to help!

This is the official tourist bureau in the city of Stirling They have a good selection of tourist materials in multiple languages. Staff was very helpful in describing how to use the city and regional bus systems.

First time visiting here. The tour was excellent and very informative. The young tour guide played all the characters really well. Would recommend to anyone.
