Just over $800 additional fees for “Villa insurance” which was neglected from the overall cost, alongside a mid size car which Ramsays incorrectly booked as a compact and we had to pay at the desk. Followed up by the disgusting accommodation which was given in which Ramsay will take nothing to do with and just give a phone number to the company here, despite them booking it. Cockroaches, chewing gum under counters, stains everywhere the list goes on. Disgusting treatment of customers.
Booked a few holidays with Ramsay travel , Dundee & Stirling And got to say this booking has been my worst travel booking to date Wrongly informed, poor customer service & chasing tickets - which I still don’t have for this weeks holiday Another phone call & another disappointment Really don’t think I’ll be using Stirling again after this
Unfortunately our holiday was cancelled last year due to COVID-19 but Ramsay World Travel Stirling were absolutely superb in offering us an alternative for 2021 which again sadly did not happen due to the current circumstances. We decided to take a full refund this time round which was dealt with very quickly. We will definitely be booking a holiday again when the time is right as the team have been superb, excellent customer service throughout.

Thankyou Dan for your amazing first class service you have gave us this week re-booking our Christmas trip to New York , having been disappointed after the bad news of Thomas Cooks liquidation and loosing our holiday. We can now look forward to our trip again . Highly recommend this branch of Ramsay World Travel , nothing was to much to ask and efficient, speedy customer service received back, and very well priced . Thankyou .
Customer service from Stirling branch shocking. Called them at 11.30am with an enquiry with a promise of a call back. Still hadn't heard anything at 4.10pm so called them again to be told they had still not looked at our enquiry. Was even more astounded to be informed by Kirsty that it could take 2-3 days to get back to us! At that point we informed them we would take our thousands of pounds worth of business to a competitor wonder what the owner will think of that!. Business must be booming with such a lackluster approach from the staff. Gordon & Linda Ross
Very, VERY, very disappointed with the level of service we received from the Stirling branch. We were looking to book our honeymoon with them. We visited the store three / four times - the agent went through various honeymoon destinations with us in Italy. That was three weeks ago! Still, we are waiting for them to return our calls after visiting their branch in Barnton Street, Stirling. We have called them 8 times and not once did they have the common decency to return our calls - surely this is very bad customer service? Communication and coordination seem to be lacking as does this particular agent's key listening skills; she simply went off on a tangent, rather than asking who, what, why, where, how! It seems like they simply do not want our business and hard earned cash. It's deplorable that in this day and age with so much competition and targets to acquire they would let go of a guaranteed booking! We thought that we would receive a personal service, but its developed into something of a sham of a relationship. Rule number one........Never promise the customer you are going to do something for them and then fail to deliver! Hopefully, this will not be your experience of the business in question; but surely when we mentioned the holiday was a honeymoon, potentially money signs should have started to flash up. You, Ramsay world travel are simply letting money slip through your grasp when you should be exploiting/maximising almost every opportunity. It's ironic that you use similar terms, won't be beaten or the cheapest with relevance to your brand. But does this mean that because you claim the above, your standards of quality slip? - I am afraid so. It's really a pity that we have booked our honeymoon online ourselves now independently, you could have saved us the hassle and taken our money on the run up to our wedding but if that kind of customer service is on offer, perhaps we did the right thing and chose the correct alternative method. Disappointed indeed!
Wouldn't go on holiday without going through Ramsay World Travel everybody is great and very helpful couldn't ask for more, been using them for about fifteen years so that tells you how good they are.
