Ok when you book and pay. Customer service after is pretty poor. On one occasion when  I ssked about cost was told I could go to a local agent next time. Last incident when I phoned about seat selection was told they were to busy and would phone me back, still waiting. Would not be using them in future.

Extremely poor customer service given wrong exchange rate them informed it could not be rectified then on a further call subsequently advised yes it could but would need to call into store. I did as requested only to be informed that the system was down and I would have to return for a second time all this at my inconvenience due to the shops incompetence but told I would not be compensated for my inconvenience. I would suggest that anyone considering using this shop to go elsewhere.

We went today with the intention of booking a holiday for £2200. We checked the opening times which stated 11am till 5pm so we arrived at 10.55am and waited for it to open.
At 11.02 the key holder arrived and went inside and locked the door. At 11.05 she opened the door and let another member of staff in and placed a board outside, she then went back in and locked the door.
I am appalled at the level of service, if it states you open at 11am then that should be the time you let your customers in, not the time you arrive for work. We decided not to wait any longer and went into the Thistle centre to Barrhead Travel and gave them our business instead.
