I visited Visage today following purchasing a Groupon Voucher for a full head highlights and cut and blow dry. I found the salon friendly and relaxed and my hairdresser was fantastic and I loved the result! She worked really hard to make it look so nice and I am thoroughly pleased. I would definitely recommend.

I went to Visage on a Saturday afternoon and it was completely empty. The woman who cut my hair didn't speak very good English and couldn't understand what I was saying when I tried to explain that I wanted to have done. Took ages to cut my hair, and in the end if didn't look like what I wanted. They also kept trying to force me to get a blow dry as well, saying they wouldn't know how it would set unless I had it blow dried!! Then at the end when I went to pay they charged me 25 pounds instead of the 19 pounds that I was quoted on the phone! Definitely will not be going back!

Avoid the place at all cost, they're barbarians!!! I went there in mid Feb for waxing, mani and pedi. Waxing was done in 3 minutes instead of the normal 45mins+ I'm used to and hurt like hell. I ended up bruised and with hair left over. The woman opened the door to say something to the other while I was lying there naked! In fact, they kept talking to each other in Iranian all the time. The pedi started off nice but got worse and worse. My feet froze in the cold draft, the old woman did not know what she was doing, made me walk barefoot on the shop floor, 'massaged' so hard it hurt and the varnish looked just awful. Hands did not work any better, in spite of three layers I still had smudges and holes. All corrections were made with the woman's own nails and of course left pink varnish all over my fingertips and cuticles. Plus, in the end her hands were shaking, which did not help either. A complete disgrace, stay away. I would not send worst enemy there!!!
