My boyfriend is a regular customer in this hair salon. His hair is crazy and it's difficult to cut it into nice looking style. The ladies at La Visage have no problems with cutting his hair and i'd definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for professional hairstylist. What's more... prices are good too.

Booked a blow dry through Treatwell in the morning (around 10:00 am ) for 13:00 . 12:40 I get an email with information that booking has been rescheduled for 13:30 . Decide to call up the salon to find out what’s going on . Upon someone picking up I am being informed to wait on hold while they find out what’s going on . What I can hear in the background in my mother tongue ( polish ) is : oh why didn’t you just cancel this treatwell appontment - what about your appontment that you was meant to go ? Lack of professionalism . I called up treatwell and cancelled the booking . Safe to say I won’t be going somewhere where I am not wanted .

Hairdressers are fantastic ( that's why you're getting a star!) great approach to the customer always listen and trying to make you happy!! Beautician on the other hand has a lot to learn. I have never ever met anyone who works in a customer service being so defensive and obnoxious, she doesn't go extra mile to keep customers happy and satisfied even for extra money!!! (Found that very wired) argued with me and refused to do the job the way I asked. Very unprofessional. At the end of the day it's my money and my body so yeah I want to make sure is done the way I want to! So I won't be coming back there that's for sure!!, my advice there are so so so many other beauty salons out there and you all selling the same products... you are all qualified and can do the job, however customer service is the key word. LISTEN to the customer and keep them HAPPY and SATISFIED repeat customers equals greater profit! Bye bye La Visage going to Atelier 2 streets down on Myddleton Rd! Learn sth from them! Good luck sweetheart, you need it!
