I have known the owners for a while as I we use too deliver to them. They are honest and upfront with you and do a fantastic job as we had our vehicle done there service,DPF, and a few other things done. My strong advice is should you need any thing doing pre book it in advice at least three week's.
Using email I asked for a quote to service my van. They replied promptly and agreed a date. They carried out the service as per quotation, called me as soon as it was ready and highlighted a few aspects that would need attention in the coming months. No pressure to get me to agree to additional work. Just very professional and efficient.
