Outstanding service! Arrived early for the appointment and welcomed by Paul Richards. Reaffirmed the problems being experienced with the car including what the Main Dealer had tried to no avail. One hour later having performed various tests and a thorough inspection of the engine.....fault found!!!!! A split Manifold induction pipe. No exaggeration of the problem, no hidden costs, just a simple ......let me show you from Paul and an explanation from the Technician. Temporary repair done (special part order via Main Dealer). Outstanding and Thank you very much.

Had problems with my van which broke down. I called this garage and spoke to Paul. He said the were very busy but they could sort it out. I got it towed to the garage and a few days later had a call from Andrew letting me know the issue. Very clear on the fix I gave them the go ahead. After a few days my van was ready, Back better than the day I bought it. Thanks lads for the positive outcome, I was thinking the worst when bring you my van.

Very happy with the quality of work and service provided by Richards Bros. I was kept informed throughout the repair of my van, and will be more than happy to go back with any further issues. I recommend this local company for the outstanding work they do.
