Nobody could beat this for customer service. When my 530 diesel tourer (which I've driven from new since 2002) clocked up 270,000 miles, Howard BMW offered me a free service if it reached 300,000. Today, with the mileage reading 301,560, I collected the car after a major (Inspection II) service and the labour charge was NIL ! Andrew, Sasha and Ted are not only great mechanics, they are great people too. Why would you go anywhere else ?

This is Mike Walker. Howard BMW serviced my 5 series Tourer for over 10 years. When I finally traded it in it had 222,000 miles on the clock! In all that time they would fit me in at short notice and always identified faults quickly. They never tried to rip me off and were always happy to discuss ways of doing things more cheaply. All the team are friendly, great sense of humour. What they don't know about BMWs isn't worth knowing. Couldn't recommend them more highly.
