Contacted them on Thursday for a windscreen replacement. They ordered the windscreen, and they fitted it on Friday morning. Very fast and efficient service. I would definitely recommend National Windscreens in Redruth.
Amazingly happy with this branch, we were down in St.Ives on holiday and managed to completely smash the rear window on the first day of arriving. They managed to fit us in on the 3rd day of our holiday, it was done quickly and they cleaned out the loose glass. Great communication,as I had to get it done through my insurance,and had to change plans last minute so instead of coming to my house I went to their garage. Lovely manners and tone of voice ,totally professional team, and effort from all staff. As a single women they made me feel very comfortable in the waiting room even made me a coffee in a clean mug.all done and dusted within the hour I had signal so had access to internet,you can't say that in many places in Cornwall ,yes I would recommend
A passanger side window was accidentally smashed by a contractor cutting grass... The contractor had a contract with National windscreens and would cover the cost of replacement.. At the time they didn't have one in stock and cut and fitted a perspex window to ensure that the car was water and wind tight. Once the replacement window was in stock they contacted me and replaced ont the same day. All the staff are professional and carry out work to the highest standard and much cheaper than another well known company...

Was able to replace my windscreen swiftly. It was left immaculately clean. Was even given directions and things to do in local area whilst repair was carried out. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Super efficient friendly service. The guys there got me out of trouble as i was going on holiday on that day...they fitted me in, even though they were stacked... recommend them highly.. thanks guys..life savers
Absolutely disgusting service. Ripped out the old screen before the new one arrived! Once it got here they realised it was the wrong one and they had caused more damage to the old one trying to rip it out! I did specifically tell them do not remove my glass until the new one arrives but they went against my wishes and took it out. They then had to fit the wrong one that has a hole in it and is leaking water into my vehicle as a temporary measure because they didn’t wait to see if it was correct. It has taken them 6 weeks to find the correct screen which is going to take 12 weeks to be made. They said yesterday they would order it and then today I have received a call demanding that I pay my excess if I want the correct screen or he won’t order it. I said I would happily pay my excess once the correct screen is fitted. I was then told he won’t order the new screen unless I pay him. I now need to pay him an out of hours charge for them fitting the wrong screen. If I don’t pay him he will remove the screen in my vehicle. That is demanding money by menace and I have reported this to the head office!! Absolutely disgusting service!!
