Very disappointed with vineyard. We have never had a problem and always loved it here. Ordered today and after 1 hour 45 minutes still wasn't here so called them and was told it's on its way then another 15 minutes later called and told them still wasn't here. Ended up talking with the manager and I was losing my st and again was told it won't be long. Ended up cancelling my order and got a refund.

Brought a chicken curry with boiled rice. And as i start eating realise the chicken is not properly cooked and still slimey and pink in the middle. Definitely put me off. Phoend the restaurant to let them know and the woman just shouts down the phone at my and my partnre not very professional. Will not be eating from here again. Absolutely not happy

Both my partner & I seriously ill from top & bottom ends after eating from here yesterday. Read some of the reviews about precooked/heated up food and makes sense. Avoid

Food is always great tasty and on time

This is the first and last time I use this place. I ordered online and had confirmation that order would be ready in 15 minutes but when I got there it hadn't even been cooked so I had to wait another 20 to 25 minutes. No problem I thought as they are obviously taking a lot of orders in the lock down. It didn't bode well when I was waiting though, as someone called them to make a complaint about the food they had  just received and wanted a refund!  Eventually the assistant gave me my food and I was on my way home. As I was nearing my house the same assistant in the restaurant phoned me in my car to say she had given me the wrong order and would I bring it back! I had no choice as I wasn't going to wait for them to collect it. When I walked back in she tried to pin the blame on me by saying I had took the wrong order - even though she handed it to me! There was someone else waiting for their food so I guess she was trying to save face but I wasn't having none of it and told her so. I stormed out after telling her I'd never use them again. When I got back the food was bland, lukewarm, and the chips were awful. I'd avoid at all costs, they haven't a clue.

If I could put 0 I would. We waited over an hour for cold food. We called them told them our food was cold and the extremely rude woman said I don't believe you and we won't be doing anything about it. So we went down the shop to give them back the food. Lucky for them the shop was full of customers and they suddenly decided to replace the order as if not it would of ended up over there window on how rude they was over the fone. We only ordered 3 things which came to 17quid for cold food and really rude staff. The food was bland and the ribs were a joke. Don't eat here! Waste of money, time & food.

Food is just ok. Everytime i have been here you can never here food frying, i'm certain it's precooked in the day and then reheated. The only chinese takeaway im Coventry you can see the chefs cooking food is Allseley house so i will be sticking with that.

We had a huge order for a birthday celebration. Went and ordered and collected, lady who took the order was quick and efficient and food was ready within 10 minutes. All piping hot and delicious. Would totally recommend
