This place is such a shame, the food is beautiful everytime. however there customer service is awful, they very rarely arrive onetime and no apologies given, they miss food from your order main parts of your meal and will not redeliver. They just don't care.

Awful delivery service, 3rd time we've waited over 2 hrs for food when they said it would take 30mins. Called to ask how long it would be after an hour waiting, they said it was on its way but didn't arrive for another hour even though we live 5mins away. Collection is ok but will never get delivery again. Absolutely shocking service.

Lovely food with great prices. We have been ordering from here for around 4 years and will not go anyway else.

Normally great Chinese however today I ordered a delivery for between 7pm and 7.30pm it arrived at 6.30pm. Most of the food was luke warm at best with the chow mein actually being cold , aromatic duck was more like aromatic fat.

We have used this takeaway a few times now and never been disappointed.  The food is always hot and delicious.  We have never waited over half an hour for food either. I would highly recommend

Only one star because I couldn't give nothing lower. 3rd occasion in a row where its taken 2hrs longer to be delivered than specified food cold when we are only 5mins away & on phoning to complain got sounds rather than words to my complaint will not be using here again I would rather drive to other side of the city & collect from new garden foods still piping hot when I get back

Ordered a meal from this shop and was told it would be about 45 minutes. After about 3 calls and 1 hour 45 minutes later we finally got the meal. And it was cold and soggy. Staff not very helpful and this is the not the first time they have taken a long time to deliver but thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt. Will not be using them again

Great food, large sized portions and everything tasted so fresh, didn't mind the wait because it was all being cooked there and then! Overall a lovely meal, I'd definitely recommend it and will be ordering from here again.
