Fantastic atmosphere and friendly staff backed up with great service and food. Easily the best Indian in Coventry.

This was our first time at Akbar’s and won’t be our last! It was fully booked all evening so very busy and popular but the service was polite and slick. The food was really good and it’s now our new favourite a fantastic night thank you. I highly recommended this place.

Big Thank you to all the staff @ Akbars for looking after us on 8th June @ my 50th Birthday meal. We went for the party menu this time and could not fault it in anyway,  All the family enjoyed the food and the atmosphere was nice.

Never had a bad curry from here and it is the perfect location to meet up with family/friends, being in the centre of town. Decor is stylish and the food is great. For me the best starters I have had at an indian restaurant in Coventry. Staff are friendly too.

Despite it's back alley location, Akbars is a reasonably decorated Indian restaurant will decent food and fantastic service. Go all out on the great mains and naan bread well sized naan bread too!, but skip the overpriced and disappointing desserts. Food and drink is well priced, so overall a positive experience.

went there last night with 3 family members ,superb evening had by all. highly recommend the naga chicken special very hot 9/10 D.F
