I have used this Pharmacy many times over the years and I have always received professional and courteous treatment from all the staff I have dealt with.
Been my local pharmacy for years but ever since receiving repeat prescriptions whenever they are sent through it seems they are incapable of receiving them. What is the point of a pharmacy receiving direct from the surgery or doctor If they cannot receive them? The blame game continues and no one takes responsibility. If you’re looking for a pharmacy to receive repeat prescriptions and collect them from I must highlight it is NOT this one.
It’s my regular pharmacy lovely ,helpful staff even once the GP delay my husband’s injection’s prescription and they know as we always had it. So they tried there best to get for us . I do appreciate it. I recommend this pharmacy
Always helpful and knowledgeable. The perfect pharmacy.
Decided to write a review after having another frustrating experience at this pharmacy. A while back went in asking for help with my throat as I was loosing my voice. What was pointed out to me as an ideal remedy was ‘Halls’ pastilles! I couldn’t believe my ears nor eyes and requested an assistance from someone else. Today, I came in with a severe lower back pain. The same person on the counter advised Co-codamol. I then voiced my concern about my previous bad reaction to codeine and was asking for advice re paracetamol… in response I got a smirk and an eye roll. This person seemed quite frustrated with me bothering them with yet another question… Way to treat someone in pain, asking for help. Only go in there if you really have to!
Such a fantastic pharmacy. All the staff are wonderful and always go above and beyond. I’ve never been let down by them. Such a great service to have in the neighbourhood.
The staff was very attentive and helpful! Thank you :
Rude and inefficient. Hours are good, but that’s really the only good thing about this place. Outdated paper based system for finding prescriptions. Staff is rude and not welcoming. Which is a shame because the pharmacist herself is very nice. Better to go across the street.
Very kind and friendly people. Fast and accurate and helpful. Coming to this pharmacy for more than 1 year more than 20 times, always satisfied with service
I am a local and I have used vineyard pharmacy for the last 7 years but after today, I am never going back. We had a 7 day prescription for antibiotics for my toddler which they dispensed. 100 ml/20 doses of 5 ml. I had enough for only 16 doses and only 3 ml for 17th dose. I went back to them because I didn't want the antibiotics dose to be stopped in between. And the pharmacist claimed that I must have wasted the medication. Now I use a medical syringe for dispensing the medication and not the spoon they give to be extremely precise and even if there is something stuck to the syringe or the bottle I can understand 1 dose 5ml wastage, how can I be missing more than three doses. They kept harping on about how they don't know what happens in my home and how I could have spilled or wasted and I said that how would I know if you didn't make a mistake in how much water you added to the suspension... To which the pharmacist was extremely rude again and said I need to go to the doctor end of story. I think he is going to hear from the relevant authorities soon. The staff otherwise have been good to us but unfortunately this has put me off from going there ever again. i will not recommend using the pharmacist unless you wish to be treated rudely.
