They cancelled my scheduled COVID booster shot 1 hr before I was supposed to get it. Now I may not be able to get another, putting my health at risk.

Had an appointment to have my second COVID jab here. However, when I came, the lady at the counter told me that they were not doing shots because they didn’t have the vaccine. “I have nothing to do with this, call 119”, she said. Real shame. Such a waste of time! And it’s not only the case with me, my husband had his appointment the next day too. Turned out, he wouldn’t have been able to have it either. Well, at least they could have let us know.

Just went to drop a prescription in, was told rudely by the counter assistant the pharmacy doesn't do the medicine prescribed a standard prescription medication - not a specially manufactured one and they can't get it - no explanation or advice on what to do next. When I asked why a young pharmacist eventually came out and told me their PMR software had not been working for over a week and they were therefore "not allowed" to order any medication. The pharmacist insisted I should try elsewhere. When I pressed for a better explanation I was told that if I wanted to wait she could email head office and I *might* get the medicine in 2-3 days. I felt sorry for the pharmacist. If that is the way the pharmacy ordering system works I must not be the only patient annoyed.

Very disappointing experience. Turned up for my covid vaccine waited 2 weeks the lady behind the counter uninterested and bored told me it has been canceled. No messages or emails or calls received to warn patients of app changes. Wasted my time completely. Avoid this pharmacy. Very unwelcoming and poor customer service.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR COVID JABS - they do not do them but their system still allows you to book and it is very confusing. You arrive on the day and they turn you away. TO THE PEOPLE THAT WORK HERE - PLEASE UPDATE YOUR DETAILS TO STOP WASTING PEOPLE'S TIME.

Have had my vaccine booked with them for weeks and showed up today after travelling for over an hour. I sat down and the woman behind the counter looked at me rudely and said “do you need something” i told her that i had an appointment and she said “you should have gotten a text that we don’t have any doses today” and handed me a sheet to put my contact details which had dozens of other names so they obviously did not send any text out.

This morning I was at Golborne Pharmacy at 8,55am. The pharmacy started from 9am. Still 9.12 and pharmacy is closed because person who works there decide to go and buy breakfast. Question- why then they have timings 9.00 am and the person cannot be ready and open in time ? Very poor customer service. The best two day ago I went to this pharmacy and I asked if you are doing flu jab - they said on Friday . I asked if they need appointment. They said you don’t need appointment . Now they are saying need appointment.

Don’t book your COVID vaccine here. Massive waste of time as I arrived only to be told they had no vaccines.

I came in for my COVID booster vaccination. Polite staff, efficient service. Get your booster booked.

For people's information, they are not open at 9am on Saturdays. When I went there today Saturday 14th May 2022, it wasn't open right at 9am.
