Went to this pharmacy as 111 referred me to it and has passed our call informations to this pharmacy and said they could treat my symptoms by giving me medicine. I told them I’m coughing about a month at the pharmacy and the receptionist had the audacity to tell me “It’s impossible to cough about a month” and I’m here just like I literally had coughs before for at least three weeks and if I didn’t contact 111 at that time the cough will definitely continue for at least a month so I don’t know what the heck he was on about, I’m here suffering with my symptoms and speaking from my personal experience and he’s just there like nah it’s impossible like ???. Anyway in the end they said they can’t do anything about it so I have to go to the GP so it’s pretty great.
This is a brilliant pharmacy with extremely knowledgeable pharmacists who are able to obtain medication that others can't or won't bother to. They are always extremely efficient and polite and I am able to be confident that a member of my family with very complex needs will have the medication they need in a timely manner. Highly recommended, thank you.

Unprofessional, rude woman behind the counter. I went to get my prescription, the woman at the counter said that i can get it from the hospital only. So I went to the hospital where I was sent back to Nashi pharmacy because that’s where I can get my prescription. I went back and asked the same woman to double check if I have my prescription there. She said YES, it’s there. That knowledge-less, thick woman has not apologised for her mistake and made me an extra trip to go to the hospital. She tried to explain that it is my fault that she has not checked property on the computer if the prescription is there under my name&address or not. Than she said that they dont have that medication but she can give something else. I said that I’d like to stick to the same medication that the doctor prescribed. There is a reason why that particular medicine was prescribed.

Went beyond the call of duty. My pharmacy didn’t have one item on my prescription so I went into Nashi and they arranged everything so I could get the item dispensed from them. It took a while but they were charming and so helpful! Update - July 2024 - I cannot recommend this pharmacy highly enough. Lovely people, always with a smile and able to source drugs that other pharmacies seem unable to get.
The best pharmacy in london, the staff is really cooperative and the girls with long hair and hijab were really helpful.
Nashi is just a great pharmacy. Everyone that works there really take their time to help you finding the most effective solution for what you need.
