I made the decision to visit an osteopath on the recommendation of a fellow runner, having spent much of 2016 dealing with various injuries and pains. Mike Berry quickly pointed out that my issues were likely nerve-related and due to having flat feet. On his recommendation I now use more appropriate running shoes, in addition to inserts for my everyday footwear. These were not orthotics. 

I'm in a much better condition to how I was a few months ago and would definitely recommend him to anyone experiencing sport or non-sport related issues.
