Booked an appointment for today for a ear wax removal. Never had one before but my husband thought my hearing was impaired. The audiologist Hannah was a lovely lady and explained everything to me very clearly about the procedure. It transpired I didn’t need anything removed, but a basic hearing test afterwards did identify a slight problem with hearing for which she has booked me a follow up appointment with the senior audiologist. I was seen on time and dealt with in the most friendly, professional and caring manner, and would therefore have no hesitation in recommending.
