Best opticians I have ever been too! I’ve been to a few other opticians and none compare to this place! Staff are so friendly and polite and can’t do enough to help; service is brilliant, always very thorough testing and the environment and atmosphere is fantastic! The owner Rama and the manager Sai are so friendly and can’t do enough to help anyone! They also managed to fit my mother in as an emergency and managed to diagnose and treat the infection that was causing her irritation! Will never go anywhere else! Recommend to everyone

Couldn’t thank the optician, Rama, enough. Thanks to his quick actions and attention to detail, I discovered I had a brain tumour. If it wasn’t for his referral I probably wouldn’t of got an MRI when I did and would’ve been suffering in agony. Rama and his wife are such a lovely couple and very caring towards customers, all staff are lovely, I’ve only been going here for 3 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Rama saved me by finding the brain tumour before the doctors could see any signs, all I had was headaches and doctors won’t do anything for a headache but with Rama’s referral I got an appointment and got diagnosed within 2 months.

It is my opinion that when I but was feeling not well and my vision failing in one eye ,Rama was happy for a appointment that very day and even being busy and other commitments did a comprehensive eye test even into the evening,. The eye test found something that my Doctor needed to be notified of very quickly. This resulted in a operation days later, So I can only praise Rama and the Specsavers staff, I have only ever found them to be friendly , and very Professional.

Amazing helpful service by the staff. Rama the Optician was happy to fit my son and daughter in as emergency patients at very short notice. It was such a thorough test and I am very grateful to Rama and all the team members for such fantastic service and care.

An eye test saved my Dad's life ! My dad had dizzy spells and blurry vision. Optician Rama referred him urgently and hospital found a Carotid Artery blockage .My dad had a life-saving operation to prevent a Stroke. I am grateful to Rama for his prompt action and for being very caring.
