This surgery don’t care about you at all. I’ve had problems with my ears for months. At first I got given drops, used them and went back. Got told I have to use nasal spray instead. Used all of the spray and got told to book an ear syringe appointment. So I did. Woke up and arrived and just to be told I don’t need a syringe. Baring in mind I have autism and survere mental health problems. This is not the first time Llanbradach doctors have messed something up. 4 weeks ago I got given a cream which 3 of the main ingredients I’m really allergic too. They really do not care, only about the pay check it seems.
By far the best surgery I have ever used. Calls answered quickly, staff are helpful and GP's give you time.nGranted I am a new patient and only used a couple of times but so far they have been very good.
Sian, Margaret, Dr Davis, Dr meredith, Alison and Tina. You have been so good to me and cat all through a very rough time.. Worked through lock down to keep everyone safe in the community. Thank you so much for everything.. You all embody the spirit of our NHS.. We will miss you.
Dr Siaron West is the best GP I have ever had. Extremely knowledgeable about trans healthcare and treated me like an adult, setting up all of my repeat prescriptions as I have recently moved to the area without a fuss and working with me on my care plan.
The only decent thing about this surgery is the automatic check-in at reception. Margaret the nurse is pretty good but if you need a decent GP - go elsewhere.nDoctors and receptionists clearly went to the same charm school - to the point that it actually feels like you’re taking part in role play to show how a bad practice operates.nHere’s what’s wrong in my viewnThey won’t do home visitsnThey often refuse to follow consultants advice on prescriptionsnThey make massive mistakes with palliative carenGP’s are convinced that they don’t require diagnostic services as their delusions have further convinced them that they can measure everything with their eyes - including: broken bones; menopause; skin cancer; and infections.nThe doctors will ensure that you feel as though you are an irritation if they don’t feel confident enough to treat you themselves.nThey won’t refer you to anyone unless you are physically bleeding from the ears and eyesnWon’t entertain giving medical reports for firearm applications even if as a farmer you need a firearm.nnThe list is endless. They are beyond awful. Don’t go here unless you are after assisted suicide as that’s what is basically happening here. They don’t give a damn about you they just after the money. They operate their surgery at minimum performance in order that they put minimum effort in for maximum reward. You can tell which pharmaceutical reps have offered the best Barbados holidays to them because that’s what drugs you’ll be offered. Just awful.
