If there was a zero star option for this surgery they would certainly get it ! EVERY receptionist has a chip on there shoulder,serious attitude problems. I avoid this plague like the plague,even if I had the plague I would do my utmost to not ring up and get an appointment to stand in a quee and see those dissatisfied witches look down there nose at me and question my reasoning for visiting there precious doctors.

Always found the staff including receptionists to be polite and helpful. Receptionist is a difficult Job pleasing both public and doctors. Much better service than some of the horror stories you her about!

Receptionist are rude,no respect and before registered to the Surgery one of the receptionist told me a specific document to bring in,however when I got back the document she said wasn't good enough,so another receptionist finally told me what documents they accept and I went home 2. time. I doubt that they're actually know what they are doing there. Doctors seems to be fine.

Flu what a mess .they making people who can't stand que shame on you. I don't want to tell the receptionist what I have wrong with me in front of everyone.

Receptionists very difficult to deal with. Act like your trying to sell double glazing to the doctors and they have to protect them.
