My first time seeing a doctor at this practice, she showed up late, did not review my records beforehand so knew nothing about me. I needed to talk about medication and health condition which needed to be discussed together logically, but was told I could only talk about one thing or else make another appointment. She gave me less than 10 minutes to synopsise a history of my health condition and recent hospitalisation. No discussion about diagnostic options, treatment plan or follow-up and was rushed out of there feeling like all they care about is the bottom line. Husband had similar experience. Very disappointed to be just another chart and another £.
Appealing service. I have to take a day off work each month now just to order my prescription because they do not take phone calls anymore even though my pills are life or death if I do not take them. If I could give less than a 1 star I would.
Absolutely disgusted the way I was dealt with doctor Thomas. This use to be such a good practice many years ago. Seriously gone down hill with a doctor who asks why you are upset when given some devastating results. As a result have changed my doctors
Ringing from 8am to Abertridwr no answer but the phone keeps ringing . The website tells me they are open from 8am should i hold or keep ringing no one responds.
