Story

Our modern yet cosy Vietnamese restaurant in Kingsland Road, Shoreditch emulates the hustle and bustle of busy Vietnamese life, and is the perfect backdrop to serve up the light and aromatic flavours of Vietnamese street food.

Enjoy slurping a spicy Pho at our Pho-bar and delight in our unique menu of authentic dishes and Vietnamese inspired cocktails. As at all of our Vietnamese restaurants in London, we pride ourselves on offering you an authentic taste of Vietnam using well sourced ingredients from the British Isles whenever possible.

We have a saying at Viet Grill; 'to make the simplest of dishes taste good you need the ingredients of time and passion' and we have plenty of both. Every dish, from our Vietnamese street food snacks to our a la carte delicacies, is lovingly prepared with this saying in mind. Take our classic beef Pho for example, which takes over 18 hours to make! Likewise, our wine list is carefully selected by renowned wine writer Malcolm Gluck to match the aromatic dishes on the menu.

What’s more, we also offer a Vietnamese takeaway service and can deliver to your home or office. So, if you’re in the Hoxton or Shoreditch areas and are looking for sophisticated Asian cuisine on the go, be sure to get in touch!

2nd pho place that i have tried during this trip and it is also located next to the famous one 1 street further. Of course there was no queue on a Tuesday noon hence I don’t know how popular this place is. The pho in general had a different noodle texture and soup base compared to the other place. Pho was less salty but very oily. Still not comparable to pho in Vietnam or North America, but definitely worth visiting. Spring rolls were crispy and hot Food: 4.3 Service: 4 Ambience: 4.5
Among the rest, a Vietnamese delight, A culinary gem, shining oh so bright. The food's presentation, a feast for the eyes, Flavors so tasty, they'll mesmerize. Lunch sets galore, with good options to choose, But beware the time, they close at 3 too. AJ has a thought, to make it even better, Afternoon hours, and tea sets to savor. A Vietnamese feast, a true culinary treat, Open longer hours, for all who love to eat.
Very tasty pho, and this Pho is better than the Pho I tasted when I was in Hong Kong. #Yummy Perfect time when I was finishing the flower shopping at the Sunday Columbia Flower Market and go to Viet Grill for lunch! Definitely I will visit the restaurant again, as it is so close to my office.

Affordable London Brunch that you'll be blown away by . I was shocked! Every single item from the new Sunday Fry Up menu at Vietgrill was BANGING. Strong flavours, huge portions and super moorish. . The deal is, one brunch dish and one drink for £18 which I think is a steal. . Definitely try the Vietnamese iced coffee with condensed milk or the fresh sugarcane juice My absolute brunch favourites were these hanoi steamed rolls served with pork broth and saigon broken rice with honey pork chop. But honestly, all four options are must tries. . Sunday Fry-Up Options: SAIGON BROKEN RICE Grilled honey pork chop, steamed omelette meatloaf, pork threads and daikon. . GRILLED PORK VERMICELLI SALAD Flavourful pork patty, lemongrass pork shoulder, mixed tropical Asian herbs, white thin vermicelli and fish sauce broth. . The best Vietnamese restaurant ever! We had a dinner at Viet Grill but hadn’t expected the food to be so great. It was literally the best Vietnamese meal we have ever tried in the UK. The food was well marinated and gracefully cooked. We found the crispy squid extremely tasty because the freshness of squid was well preserved with good seasoning of salt and pepper. As Chinese we are extremely picky about food taste but I can assure you that you won’t be disappointed here. After checking out my friend forgot to claim the bill for personal use and I called the restaurant for assistance. The staff were all very nice and helped send the photocopy back to us. We will definitely schedule our next dinner here!
One of the best Vietnamese restaurants in London. It’s a bit on the pricier side but food was bomb. Definitely order the: - Banh Cuon Hanoi - Thit Kho To with Jasmine Rice - Bun Cha Hà Nội - Goi Du Du Papaya Salad Will come back!
I think this restaurant deserves 5-stars, and the Vietnamese foods here are one of the most authentic Vietnamese foods I ever have had in London. The taste of foods is rich and excellent. Will certainly come visit again!Food: 5/5
I recently dined at Viet Grill Restaurant and was thoroughly impressed by both the cuisine and the impeccable service. The menu showcased a variety of innovative dishes, blending bold flavours and beautiful presentation. The attentive and knowledgeable staff ensured that our meal was a memorable one, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring our satisfaction. I can’t recommend Viet Grill enough for a fantastic dining experience. The staff were great. The restaurant was clean and room service was always on time. Will be goiing back! Thank you so much. L
