I love Yorkshire trading at northallerton, I can get nearly everything I need
At around midday today 20th September I visited the Northallerton branch I asked a member of staff on the floor what the price was of some weed killer spray which was not priced up. Haughtily he said that they were too busy to help and I would have to check at the till. He then walked to the till because there was a large queue waiting. There was nobody at this till so I asked him to please price up the item then. Haughtily, yet again, he said to go back to the end of the queue and wait for a price. I could not believe his attitude for such a simple request. Employing him is doing the company no favours at all, I am afraid. All I wanted was the price of some weed killer!
Liked and bought from the Rydale outlet inside store. Store seems to have many interesting products. A good browse.
Great choice and value replaces Wilko and good value country clothing
Great bargains for everyday items and then some nice surprises e g. Luxury Zoon brand catbeds selling for £7.99 instead of £35-40! Told everyone I knew of the wonderful top quality bargain! Staff always very helpful and courteous. A pleasure to interact with. They consistently go out of their busy way to help make your time and shop a productive and nice experience. Nothing is too small or big to extend their customer skills for you. A true gem of a store and staff for Northallerton!
You could spend a whole afternoon looking round this store which has a huge range of useful products and a few bizarre ones .. good service, though sometimes the queues for the checkouts get a little long and it seems to take longer for card payments to go through than in most other places..
Yorkshire Trading are great shops. They are an Aladdins cave of products for the home. We rarely go in and come out with just what we went in for. Good prices too.
When the staff at the sales desk are talking to each other. That's when mistakes are made, we didn't realise until we got home. We were overcharge by nearly £5. Will be paying a visit tomorrow July 16
