Staff always helpful. Own brand range is roughly the same price as the bigger supermarkets’ midrange products but far better quality. Pedestrian access to the carpark entrance isn’t great, and the footpath is regularly blocked by cages or delivery wagons
Good food selection and store but the parking is terrible- not enough spaces and they are badly marked and not big enough for the many 4x4 types. You also have to pay for parking up front and have a minimum spend so not great if you're just going in for one thing or wanting to collect a parcel and don't trust what the free spaces display tells you- its always wrong. Staff are always super nice though and willing to help.
Excellent customer care and as always quality of food. It's just a shame that when the shop was built it wasn't made a little larger as they would then be able to stock a larger range of M&S food. But I'd really miss it if it was ever to close. Help during the current lockdown period extremely good.
We only popped in to get sandwich, salad, pudding and drinks. It was good to be able to park and covid hygiene was good. We were in and out quickly and found a good range of food for our takeaway lunch. I would go again next time I go to Northallerton.
Buy Indian meal every week. Great curry's. Much better than Takeaways. Have the Veggie percy pig sweets. Very tasty treat. Even my None vegetarian family prefer them to meat ones. Plenty of parking.
