The nail bar is lovely inside and was very busy. I had three different people that did my nails and two of them their English was not so good they tried to ask me something about the nails I was having done but they got a bit cross as their English was terrible and I did not understand them. They kept swapping the people that was doing my nails it was not a relaxing experience. When my nails where completed I went to pay the lady at the till she was very miserable. I said to the lady i am pleased with my colour i have chosen and i was happy with it she did not say anything she gave me a awful look as if to say you have had your nails none now get out. Not a nice welcome as i had expected it to be. Will for sure not be going there again nails where good but people not so friendly.

Thought i would try a new place and they had a good selection in colour... but when i walked out into the sunlight i realised nails werent attached to acrylic, badly painted and the shellac has come of after one day... worst nails iv ever had...

One of the better places in town.  I like to bring photos in of nail art and they're really good at doing it for little extra cost.  They aren't talkative, but they're kind and quick.  I can get the gel to last up to four weeks sometimes, even working in a café.

My friend who has cerebral palsy and is in a wheelchair booked an appointment for shellac, she told them of her requirements. On arrival, she said that she’s had her nails done 4 times before and it can be done (they kept telling us that it couldn’t be) and anytime the technician went to try, I assume her managers (one female and one male) kept telling her no. It was humiliating for my friend, and they had no regards for her feelings either. The manager even had the cheek to come outside and say the technician was crying (my friend was in hysterics she was so upset with the treatment they gave her). Unprofessional and unkind.
